As the Branch Manager for our flagship Welshpool store, first and foremost, you will be a natural leader. You will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a wealth of life experience to nurture an open work culture that is in line with our values.
We are looking for a high caliber leader with an established track record of at least 5 years in building and leading high-performance teams. The successful candidate will lead a team of 35 passionate employees. In addition, you will be driving sales in a multi-million-dollar business whilst simultaneously leading the customer service + logistics function
Leading from the front, you'll work closely with your team to ensure exceptional service to our customers who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia
**A bit about your role**
* Coaching, leading and training your team to create an inclusive and harmonious work culture

* Directing and controlling the branch operations to exceed sales, profit and service objectives.
* Lead customer service + logistics function
* Strategically initiate and drive business development activities within the region, as well as help facilitate negotiations with national targets with an exposure to the branch
* Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.
