Responsibilities: As a Client HR Consultant, you will work with multiple clients in various industries to build and manage HR solutions: practices, processes, programs, and systems with an emphasis on benefits management. You will have both breadth and depth of experience to create, implement and manage the following client deliverables successfully: Complete a systematic audit of the HR function to identify current deficiencies and gaps to create project plans to move clients from the current state to the future. Manage day-to-day human resources functions and HR administration. Manage complete onboarding process for new hires and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Conduct weekly employee orientation. Manage benefits administration such as compliance, enrollment, open enrollment, and reconciliation of monthly benefit invoices. Maintain and oversee the continuous improvement of all HR systems, workflows, and processes to establish best practices and efficient processes. Implement and manage HR technology. Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures; prepare/revise the handbook. Implement HR technology solutions. Manage leave of absence and/or leave requests. Prepare payroll. Assist in developing culture initiatives to promote organizational values and drive employee engagement. Perform 38 hours of billable services per week.

Qualifications: Required : Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience required.

Preferred : Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of human resources generalist experience and benefits PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred Technology implementation and Payroll experience a PLUS Action-orienteda bias for action and ability to work independently Ability to analyze data and implement methods for continuous improvement Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize deliverables and requests from multiple clients simultaneously all while meeting deadlines Strong writing and editing skills Great people skills, presentation skills, and a high degree of professionalism High integrity, strong ethics, judgment, and the ability to maintain confidentiality Team player willing to get your "hands dirty" working at all levels in the organization Extensive knowledge of multi-state HR regulations, policies and practices, compensation and benefits, organizational change, talent acquisition, and effectiveness Fun Build relationships quickly, and enjoy finding creative ways to exceed client expectations Project management experience
