2+ years of professional experience in a similar position or supporting similar HR generalist responsibilities Outstanding creativity, maturity, flexibility, and sound judgment in complex situations Demonstrated track record of building successful relationships and partnerships at all organizational levels Ability to work proactively and help build systemic processes and methods in all areas of human resources Excellent written and verbal communication skills that will be relied upon every day Knowledge of ADA, EEO, FMLA, Title VII, and wage and hour laws and benefits Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications Recommended Qualifications
