The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales and operations team in handling the
logistics of the jobs that we set up with our clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced office

Duties

•Assisting our clients with questions that they may have as they relate to the removal of their
restaurant equipment
•Assisting our clients with questions that they may have as they relate to their payments, auction
items, etc.
•Updating and managing all jobs in our shared calendars

Responsibilities & Duties:

•Working with our Sales Specialists by creating job paperwork once a deal has been closed
•Working with our Operations team by providing them all the information they need to
successfully complete a job

Qualifications & Skills

•The ability to solve problems in a quick and efficient manner
•Previous work experience in customer service a plus
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Quick and adaptable learner
•Excellent communicator
•Team player with a positive attitude; collaborative with colleagues
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills a must

Work Schedule

Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm; occasional additional evening hour(s) for bidding sales
