Skills
- RFQ preparation for injection molding equipment and its accessories
- Layout preparation, front end engineering & detail engineering,
- Ownership of the complete project to deal with construction and other disciplines.
- IQ/OQ and support for PQ, document preparation, and taking care of project closing and handing it over to the operation team with all necessary documentation.
- Experience in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Hand in hand work with customer to support day today technical activities.
Job Description:
- Responsible for all engineering activities related to project assigned.
- Applies broad knowledge of engineering principles and practices to project engineering.
- Prepares and oversees work plan in accordance with project scope, schedule, and budget (per client), and manages implementation and performance accordingly. Reviews and approves key engineering drawings and calculations. Facilitates technical discussions with third parties (client, suppliers, regulators) and coordinates with client representatives to obtain approval of drawings/documents for different phases of project.
- Good working knowledge understanding of 2-D and 3-D for reviewing and providing comments or technical solution on deliverables of projects.
- Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) at client site and VAT (Vendor Acceptance Test) at Vendor Location for new electrical & control panels
