WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
  • You will be responsible for the supervision and operations of an assigned department, ensuring efficiency, quality production, and the safety of team members.
  • You will provide leadership and direction for supervisors, and develop, train and coach all team members.
  • Enforce Company policies, procedures, regulations and practices, and GMPs within your department.
  • Ensure department staffing and that we are meeting customer standards and expectations.
  • Assist in relationship communication with USDA Inspectors and Quality Assurance team members.
  • Assist with interview, selection, training, onboarding and coaching of new and existing supervisors and production team members.
  • All other relevant duties to the position.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM...
  • Ideally, you'll have a Bachelor Degree in Poultry Science, Business Management or other closely related field of study.
  • You must have manufacturing production experience, and ideally you would have poultry industry experience.
  • You must have supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient technology, computer, mathematics and analysis skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
THE ENVIRONMENT YOU CAN EXPECT...
  • You will be working in a poultry manufacturing facility.
  • You'll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights.
