Position Purpose:

Genuine Parts Company (NAPA Auto Parts) is actively seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Leader to guide our B2C and B2B performance marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing teams across SEM, SEO, Email/SMS, and digital content. Reporting to the Sr Director of B2C eCommerce & Omni-Channel, this position demands a highly strategic, analytical, and creative individual ready to drive innovation in digital marketing within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive top-line growth through new customer acquisition and consistent ROI optimization across key performance marketing channels.
  • Manage a multi-million-dollar marketing budget, overseeing full-funnel acquisition efforts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale growth efforts.
  • Lead a team of professionals in collaborative efforts across Search Engine Marketing (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Email/SMS, and digital content creation.
  • Employ a data-driven approach to optimize marketing channel mix, develop new customer acquisition channels, collaborating with the analytics team to develop actionable reporting.

Desired Qualifications & Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on leadership across multiple marketing channels such as Paid Search, SEO, Email/SMS, Paid Social, Display, Affiliates, and e-commerce.
  • 3+ years managing teams and driving consumer e-commerce programs including demand generation & personalization strategies.
  • Technically and financially savvy, with experience managing multi-million dollar marketing budgets, leveraging technology for growth, and conducting ROI analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Adobe or Google Analytics, and familiarity with data warehousing services like BigQuery or Snowflake.
  • Proficiency in Google AdWords & Google Search Console
  • Familiarly with Email/SMS lifecycle marketing platforms (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Klaviyo)
  • Global and entrepreneurial mindset, with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
