SUMMARY Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) contract provides technical solutions for the DOD in support of Test and Evaluation (T&E) services and T&E enabling services. JITC's service requirements are categorized in the following areas: T&E Performance Requirements, T&E Capability Management Requirements, T&E Capability Requirements, and Overarching Contract and Task Order (TO) Requirements. TEC Services are provided to DoD Combatant Commanders/Services/Agencies, federal and state agencies, coalition partners, and commercial entities to aid in the design, development, acquisition, integration, deployment, operational use, and sustainment of new and enhanced Information Technology/National Security System capabilities. Agile Defense is looking for a Workforce Development (WFD) Implementation Specialist to perform WFD actions required to capture inputs for workforce professional development qualification standards and common training requirements. The selected candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of the WFD strategic plan as well as the implementation and maintenance WFD program. The selected candidate will assist the task lead in the following areas JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist with development and/or staffing policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to implement, execute and maintain WFD programs in accordance with applicable governmental guidance and directives. Document and maintain qualification standards. Develop and maintain metrics to track WFD implementation and execution. Support implementation of WFD programs. Develop and present training to implement the WFD program. Support integrating WFD Qualification Standards with the talent management system and Mil Suite. QUALIFICATIONS Required Certifications This position requires an active Secret security clearance on hire date. Requires at least 1 certification in area of specialization. Education, Background, and Years of Experience Requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience; or an Associate's degree with at least 6 years of experience; or at least 60 semester hours of formal education working towards a Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience; or 8 years of experience. One year of experience can be substituted by 15 semester hours completed towards an associate or bachelor's degree. Additional certifications in the area of specialization may be substituted for one year of experience but varies by certification. The degree must be in a relevant technical curriculum and experience must be related to the job duties. ADDITIONAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Required Skills Excellent communications skills, including verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to write and present complex issues in a clear, concise, and easily understood manner. Attention to detail creating, reviewing and editing requirements, specifications, and recommendations related to proposed solutions. Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, cross-functional teams, internal/external customers, and end-users. Proficiency using MS Office 365 suite. Preferred Skills Experience with milUniversity and milSuite. Experience with Catalogs, Standard Operating Procedures, and Application User Guides. Experience developing education/training materials and presentations. Experience researching, coordinating, drafting, and editing documentation. Experience with credentialing processes. Experience in providing or facilitating training instruction. Knowledge of alternative training methods (e.g., online and hands-on) and how to effectively use them to create a dynamic and repeatable training program. WORKING CONDITIONS Environmental Conditions Contractor site with 0%-10% travel possible. Possible off-hours work to support releases and outages. General office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available. Strength Demands Sedentary - 10 lbs. Maximum lifting, occasional lift/carry of small articles. Some occasional walking or standing may be required. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
