You will be part of a vibrant team working on maintaining and improving IT processes, providing training, managing communications, and participating in an on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 service availability.
What you’ll need to be successful:
Experience with AS400 operations jobs and JDE Robot Jobs
Ability to work night shifts and participate in an on-call rotation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in IT operations tools and software
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
This will be considered a plus:
Prior experience in IT operations or a related role
