Responsibilities Build and sustain strong relationships with client hiring managers and vendor account managers to ensure alignment and foster ongoing partnerships. Manage a consistent, high-volume flow of qualified candidates, ensuring a robust pipeline to meet client needs. Demonstrate discretion and tact in managing emails, telephone calls, and other requests. Ensure that important information and urgent business matters are communicated to the appropriate parties promptly and effectively. Develop a clear understanding of technical roles and responsibilities. Effectively communicate client requirements to the staffing team to ensure accurate candidate placement. Work closely with management to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments to drive business growth. Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain insights, generate referrals, and increase sales leads. Perform various customer service-related activities to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Experience: 1-2 years of work experience. Experience in staffing or IT industries is preferred but not required. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and time management skills. High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. Positive, proactive approach and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
