Job Summary: Provides financial counseling to patients and families in accordance with the facility's policies. Assists patients/families with financial arrangements including, but not limited to, financial assistance, for qualified patients, from outside agencies. Works in all areas of facility to collect patient's financial obligations when applicable. Participates in performance and CQI activities.Full Time 40 Hours Per weekMonday through Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent. Post secondary education in accounting or related business field. Minimum of two years experience in medical billing, collections, insurance required. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Excellent interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge.
