Job Summary:

As a production specialist, you will work under the direction of plant managers, to assist in the completion of various repairs/projects. Your primary responsibilities will include performing physical tasks such as shoveling, lifting, carrying, and operating hand and power tools. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols and procedures. Responsibilities: Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload materials and equipment from trucks and other vehicles. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning up debris and waste. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or plant managers. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in construction or a related field preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks in a variety of weather conditions. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Good communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds or more). Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods. Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
