+ years working for a consulting firm or within professional services; healthcare consulting experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree required. Effective team player who is comfortable working with clients and building new relationships. Enthusiasm to continue learning, challenging the team, and enhancing existing strategic solutions. Logical and structured thinker with the ability to apply critical thinking to ambiguous and unstructured problems. Strong project management and organizational skills Genuine interest in and commitment to the healthcare industry. Experience in Excel and PowerPoint. Tableau and SQL experience a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Prioritization of confidentiality. Ensuring the security, confidentiality, and integrity of client information for yourself and your team. Ability and willingness to travel when necessary. Estimated travel is approximately 40%. Travel is heavily project specific
