Als Stabstelle bernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im Bereich Finance & Controlling (FICO) und untersttzen den CFO direkt bei der Umsetzung strategischer und operativer Aufgaben. Sie sind verantwortlich fr die Bearbeitung cross-divisionaler Themen, die Leitung globaler FICO-Projekte sowie die Aufbereitung entscheidungsrelevanter Unterlagen. Mit Ihrer Expertise beraten Sie das Management, entwickeln Business Cases und liefern fundierte Analysen und Handlungsempfehlungen. Sie agieren als Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Fachbereichen und internationalen Business Partnern und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung des globalen FICO-Bereichs bei. Laakirchen Ihre Aufgaben bernahme und Koordination bereichsbergreifender Aufgaben und Projekte im FICO-Umfeld Proaktive Untersttzung des CFO bei strategischen und operativen Themen Strukturierte Aufbereitung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen fr das TopManagement Selbststndige Analyse und Bearbeitung von FICO-Themen mit Schwerpunkt Controlling und Value Drivers Entwicklung von Business Cases, Durchfhrung von Analysen, Ableitung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Risikomanagement Erstellung und Prsentation von Ergebnissen und Empfehlungen in hchster Qualittli> Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des globalen FICO-Bereichs innerhalb der Miba Gruppe Eigenverantwortliche Steuerung von Projekten und Aufgaben Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt im Controlling, Finanzen oder hnlichen Fachgebieten Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einer der Big Four oder in einer renommierten Unternehmensberatung Sehr starke analytische Fhigkeiten und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Business Cases und Szenarioanalysen Exzellente Ausdrucksfhigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch Hervorragende IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (insbesondere MS Office - Excel und PowerPoint, SAP von Vorteil) Integre, positive und kontaktfreudige Persnlichkeit mit einem professionellen, sicheren Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld Selbstndige, verantwortungsbewusste und proaktive Arbeitsweise Eine spannende und vielseitige Aufgabe mit direktem Einfluss auf die Unternehmensentwicklung Internationale Entwicklungsmglichkeiten innerhalb der Miba Gruppe Zusammenarbeit mit einem engagierten und dynamischen Team Attraktive Rahmenbedingungen und Weiterbildungsmglichkeiten Die Chance, aktiv zur Mission Technologies for a cleaner planet beizutragen Bei Miba sind wir der berzeugung, dass Vielfalt Innovationen hervorbringt und vorantreibt.
