You'll be the first smiling face our clients see, making a real impact by creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere right from the get-go. You'll handle booking appointments, answering questions, managing payments and generally ensuring that everything at the front of the house runs smoothly. But don't worry, you won't be doing this alone we believe in teamwork and growth

Responsibilities:

Revel in the challenge of selling memberships and scheduling return appointments

Warmly greet visitors and provide excellent customer service

Coordinate appointments in person or over the phone

Keep our salon clean, inviting, and organized

Support inventory management and other operational tasks

Required Skills:

Exceptional attention to detail, especially when recording guest visits

Ability to multitask in a bustling environment

Flexibility to work some weekends and evening shifts

Experience with MindBody Software is a plus, but not mandatory
