What You'll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads for our business. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and implementing initiatives to achieve our marketing objectives.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and relevant content for digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Oversee the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic.
- Implement lead generation strategies, including lead nurturing campaigns and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques, to capture and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing technologies and emerging trends, proactively identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives with digital marketing support.
- Provide regular reports and presentations to management on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future strategies.
- Minimum of 5 (Five) years relevant experience required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of, and experience in platforms and tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, HubSpot, Hotjar, Google Analytics, BrightEdge, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Optimize
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
- Social media management experience a plus
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and analytical
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines
- Proficiency with MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to confidently handle multiple projects simultaneously and under deadlines
