Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Manager to join our dynamic team and will be handling a strategic customer of our client. As a Change Manager, he/she will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing change initiatives within the customer's manufacturing organization. This role is critical for ensuring successful implementation of change management processes, particularly related to connected factory initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster collaboration between IT and OT (factory) teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and projects in connected factory / smart manufacturing.
  • Assess the impact of change and develop strategies to mitigate risks, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for employees and stakeholders to build awareness and understanding of change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear goals and objectives for change.
  • Create and execute communication plans to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Foster effective communication between IT and OT teams to ensure program adoption and success.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities.
  • Make recommendations for improvement based on data and feedback.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams and managers on change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Foster a culture of change readiness within the manufacturing organization.
  • Stay updated on industry 4.0 trends and best practices in change management and apply them to enhance organizational change capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in a relevant field with an emphasis on practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing domain with at least 5+ years in change management or related roles in connected factory.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices in industry 4.0
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Experience in the industry or similar sectors is preferred.
  • Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
