Competitive Compensation:

  • Starting pay: $21.15/hr - $21.99/hr

Meaningful Work:

Key Job Duties:

  • Promote excellent customer service through effective communication strategies
  • Demonstrate strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Understand and adhere to LTC (long-term care) and IHSS (in-home support services) and regulations
  • Analyze case documentation, behavior and medical reports, guardianship paperwork, financial documents and other data to support the health and well-being of individuals
  • Document client interactions, records, and completed tasks in multiple systems
  • Organize and implement service plan development tasks using technology and in-person methods
  • Maintain client and company records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and regulations
  • Cultivate an understanding of community resources to support the diverse needs of individuals
  • Attend meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills in supporting individuals
  • Additional Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide coverage for essential duties to ensure quality and continuity of services
  • Participate in professional goal creation to enhance performance and knowledge
  • Adapt to a changing work environment due to state and federal rule changes

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human behavioral science or related field
  • Considerations may be made for a combination of experience and education or 5 years of verifiable experience.
