Define and enforce UI design standards, guidelines, and best practices to maintain a cohesive and seamless user experience. Mentor and guide junior UI designers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience 8+as a UI/UX designer or UI architect, preferably in the fintech or payment solutions industry. Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and other relevant frontend technologies. In-depth knowledge of modern UI frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js. Experience with responsive design principles and techniques for optimizing UI across different devices and screen sizes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
