Key ResponsibilitiesExecute Sales Strategies: Executes sales strategies and methods that align with VP of Revenue and company strategy, goals and objectives to drive regional growth for both EDrive and Joyce/Dayton products. •Business Development: Drives business development to identify and advance new large projects and customer opportunities.Reporting and Data: Establishes and leverages data, metrics and reporting to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Customer Relationships: Builds and maintains customer relationships and a local presence including onsite customer and Manufacturing Rep visits as needed. Ensures service and quality standards are upheld and any issues are addressed and resolved timely.Manufacturing Rep Leadership: Optimizes Manufacturing Reps in region through a collaborative approach to establish clear expectations for performance, communication, account planning, training, monitoring, and reporting. •Sales Leadership and Team Development: Leads, manages, supports, and holds accountable Account Managers and Field Sales team within the region to create a high-performing team to meet goals and objectives and drive profitable growth for the company.
