Goede consultancyvaardigheden zijn cruciaal voor deze functie Sterke ervaring in SAP FICO-implementatie en change. Hands-on ervaring met S4 Hana is een pre. Kennis van financiële boekhouding, rapportage en controlling processen. Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden en het vermogen om in een samenwerkingsomgeving te werken. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden om effectief te kunnen communiceren met zowel technische als niet-technische collega’s. Diepgaande kennis van financiële processen in GL, AP, AR, AA en CO-modules. Ervaring met Agile processen. Kennis van SAP inkoop. SAP REFX-kennis is een toegevoegde waarde. Werkervaring met Onsite / Offshore-model. Sterke onderhandelings- en analytische vaardigheden.
