How You Will Impact

" Examples of reporting and analysis duties include

" Working closely with finance and operations teams to coordinate, analyze and communicate information required for reporting and projects.

" Provide analytical support and help identify, track, and improve key drivers affecting performance and results.

" Analyzing mill results and provide insight on variances to budgets and forecasts.

" Assist with developing reports to provide financial understanding to mill operations.

" Assist with building standard costing models for finished goods inventory.

" Examples of routine Finance/Accounting duties

" Support the monthly close process by collecting and analyzing data required for journal entries and statistical postings.

" Assist in accounts payable reconciliations and payments for the mill.

" Preform month reconciliation and cleanup of received not vouchered (RVN) and Automated Voucher Match system (AVM) for the mill.

" Attend daily/weekly/monthly mill meetings to share financial information and provide guidance on proposed projects and initiatives.

" Perform all daily customer invoicing posting and distribution.

" Other examples of duties and responsibilities

" Participate in required physical inventories for internal and external audits.

" Participate in the mills productivity project activities.

What You Need To Succeed

" Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business Management, or Finance preferred.

" A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.

" Previous experience in a manufacturing industry preferred but not required.

" Must be self-starting/self-motivated and able to work independently.

" Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on completing tasks accurately and on time.

" Effective communication skills including the ability to interact with other levels of management and staff.

" Experience in SAP, JD Edwards, and Hyperion a plus.

" Must be proficient in Excel, Teams. PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.
