Day shift

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm, Every other Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers.

Process Credit Card payments through Chase Paymentech

Apply cash, check and credit card payments to Accounting software and reconcile payments daily

Process Cash/Credit Card refunds upon request

Answering phones and directing to correct party

Contacting customers for payment

Maintaining and organizing accurate files on a daily basis

Assistance in other categories may include:

Preparing daily bank deposit

Handling customer accounting inquires

Collecting overdue payments to minimize outstanding debts

Assist in maintaining office operations and supplies

Knowledge and Skills:

Display a positive and professional attitude with our customers and co-workers

Excellent computer and spreadsheet skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and reach deadlines

Excellent organization, interpersonal, and communication skills

Close attention to detail.
