Primary Purpose:

We are seeking a Loan Documentation Review Representative to support our lending functions with accurate and complete review of loan files.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Review consumer and commercial loan documentation for accurate preparation, complete documentation, security perfection, and compliance adherence.
  • Properly notate insufficient files for tracking and
  • Maintain working knowledge of Towne Bank and industry requirements for loan
  • Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
  • High School graduate degree or equivalent
  • Previous experience in commercial documentation preparation, loan review or audit, or title company
  • Critical thinking with the ability to remain

Desired Skills & Competencies:

Physical Requirements:
