Essential Responsibilities:
- Review consumer and commercial loan documentation for accurate preparation, complete documentation, security perfection, and compliance adherence.
- Properly notate insufficient files for tracking and
- Maintain working knowledge of Towne Bank and industry requirements for loan
- Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).

- High School graduate degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in commercial documentation preparation, loan review or audit, or title company
- Critical thinking with the ability to remain
