Head of Digital & E-Commerce

As Tropic’s Head of Digital & E-Commerce, you will report directly to the Marketing Director and work intimately with our senior leadership team. Your primary mission is to exponentially: grow, and expand our online sales and DTC awareness. You’ll devise and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that’s not just about maintaining our presence, but amplifying it

Key Responsibilities

Sales-Driven Strategy Development:

Craft and implement robust digital marketing and e-commerce strategies focused primarily on driving aggressive sales growth.

Digital Marketing:

Lead and oversee all aspects of digital marketing including SEO, PPC, CRM, and paid social media.

E-Commerce Leadership:

Oversee our e-commerce initiatives, ensuring that every digital touchpoint is optimised for sales performance and creating an industry-leading CX.

Innovative Campaigns:

Develop and launch disruptive digital marketing campaigns that not only engage and delight, but convert.

Analytics and Growth Hacking:

Utilise advanced analytics to drive decisions, and spearhead growth hacking initiatives to rapidly scale our online presence and sales.

Nurture the Team:

Manage our incredible team of digital and e-com whizzes to inspire, develop and drive forward your vision, supporting them with both their professional and personal development.

Budget Management:

Optimise and track all expenditures linked to digital, maximising ROI at every opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Experience:

At least 5 years in digital marketing leadership, with a demonstrated track record of significantly scaling online sales.

Disruptive Mindset:

A history of developing innovative and disruptive strategies in digital marketing and e-commerce. Experience in skincare/beauty is highly desirable.

Sales-Centric Skills:

Native in using digital tools like Google Analytics and AdWords to boost e-commerce sales directly. PowerBI experience is a plus.

Leadership Excellence:

Ability to lead and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering an environment of growth and high performance.

All Areas:

It’s critical that this role is filled by someone who has worked in/managed all areas of Digital – Paid, SEO, E-commerce and CRM.

What We Offer

Employment Type : This role is offered full-time Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
