We are looking for a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA), specializing in Adoption & Change Management (People & Process transformation) advisory for cloud technology, specifically in the area of Artificial Intelligence. A CSA who is passionate about helping our customers transform and do more with the Microsoft Cloud. This is a customer-facing consultative role, where you will be leveraging your Microsoft Cloud and your Adoption & Change Management subject matter expertise, as well as your consultative skills, to help customers achieve value from their Microsoft cloud investments. As an ACM CSA you will play a key role in the development and execution of the Western European ACM business by seeking out new customer delivery opportunities, supporting field enablement and by delivering ACM offerings through traditional and non-traditional consulting models. Responsibilities This is by nature a very independent role where you work and constantly learn in a larger geographically dispersed team. Traits are: hold your own at the customer, seek out new initiatives, be creative, build on other people’s (net)work, share what you do, and have fun Specifically, you will support customers in the development and execution of Adoption and Change Management programs to drive adoption of Microsoft services and deliver measurable business value. Assessing a customer’s ACM maturity and Business Impact through change management assessments and surveys and working with the customer and other Members of the ACM team to define appropriate mitigation strategies. Working with the customer to change Management strategies that address the concerns, objectives and motivations of both the business and its employees. Deriving based on the ACM scope the related Change Execution plans to help organizations develop the knowledge and ability required to be successful. Mentoring and coaching client change teams. Communicating effectively and collaborating as part of a team of professionals. Establishing and managing client expectations while maintaining a positive, proactive and professional demeanor. Also, developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships within the customer and building a stakeholder network within Microsoft, e.g., at first in the Nordics, later in larger Western Europe together with your peers, is an important part of the job. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Psychology, Marketing, Business or related field/or equivalent work experience. Technical proficiency and confidence on Microsoft cloud technology. Professional experience in management consulting, technology implementation, digital marketing, change management or related field expertise. A track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises and the ability to manage those relationships effectively. Experience in and knowledge of implementing Artificial Intelligence solutions into organizations and driving the associated organization and behavioral change management activities required. Multi-language skills preferred (Minimum fluent Danish and English). Additional Requirements Drive People & Process: The ability to prepare the customer for operational readiness and long-term organizational adoption. Optimization: The ability to guide the customer towards solution cost and performance optimization leading to retention and expansion opportunities. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field. Additional Nordic languages such as Finnish, Norwegian OR Danish, is a plus.
