Job Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Operations Own the day-to-day tasks on our digital marketing channels and software (Hubspot, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Confluence), work with Marketing and Communications Manager to optimize Manage updates to IHA websites, including intake, content review, and testing. Lead monthly planning meetings across marketing team Support development and maintenance of marketing performance dashboards by pulling information from HubSpot, Jira, Google Analytics, external partners, and internal stakeholders as needed Create agenda’s, track action items, and provide documentation for assigned projects Intake marketing requests and assign appropriately within marketing team

Conferences, Events & Webinar Management Manage conference logistics including pre-and post-event communications and planning, internal scheduling, ordering materials/services, shipping, vendor management and more Support IHA’s Stakeholders Series webinars. Own communication planning, logistics, event registration, and day of execution. Maintain internal conference & events calendar

Marketing Communications & Content Lead planning, management, and execution of marketing campaigns or projects Lead planning, scheduling, and tracking of social media campaigns. Work with social media contractors and oversee execution of strategies across all social media channels (LinkedIn, X, Facebook). Manage and execute external email communications. Identify and document best practices through Hubspot to apply across all outbound communications and campaigns. Support IHA brand, ensuring our brand platform, messaging, story, and templates are sustained across our channels, campaigns, and collateral Support development of program/project-specific marketing and communications material; manage campaigns and communication planning as directed

Qualifications: Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well independently with little direction Strong project management and organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset Experience with and/or strong interest in managing and optimizing marketing software 2+ years experience working in marketing or communications in a small, fast-paced, professional environment 2+ years project management experience Desire to be helpful in any way needed to support the team, program, and organization BA/BS degree

Bonus if you have: Experience working in healthcare or healthcare technology Knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, Wordpress, Monday.com A passion for social media and websites
