To be successful in this role, Sr. Business Systems Analyst should have a combination of technical, administrative, and soft skills. Ability to work onsite full time, Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts, and a resident of Clark County.Preferred Skills:Ability to work in a Balanced Matrix environment, with tenured resources and evolving priorities. Excellent command of written and spoken English, should demonstrate fluency in both oral and writing communications. At a minimum have fundamental knowledge of: IT ProjectsA minimum of three (3) years of experience in local government.Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders as well as internal staff.Self-starter with the ability to take on tasks with minimal direction when needed.Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.Pass a stringent criminal background check (May take up to 8 weeks)Estimated Duration of Job: Through May 31st, 2025Approximate start date: June 24th, pending background check (May take up to 8 weeks)
