  • Answer phones and greet guest with a warm "Hello"
  • Educate guests on Tangerine services
  • Efficiently schedule appointments for guests
  • Pre-booking guests
  • Route Calls to salon locations
  • Communicate with guests and salons over texting
What success looks like:
  • Happy, satisfied and well educated customers
  • You are a person your team knows they can count on
Position Requirements:
  • Full or Part time availability (20-40 hours a week)
  • Evening and weekend availability
  • Comfortable with Apple software
  • Hourly $16
