Chief Executive Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic planning across commercial and operational functions.
- Establish policies and compliance frameworks aligned with both domestic regulations and global industry standards.
- Oversee modernization efforts in systems and infrastructure through focused transition initiatives.
- Engage with stakeholders to secure operational integrity and growth.
- Drive performance and profitability through strategic, hands-on leadership.
- Foster employee engagement initiatives and cultural cohesion, particularly between newly integrated assets and the parent organization.
- Champion the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and reinforce risk management frameworks.
Essential Requirements:
- Proven executive leadership experience at senior levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
- Strong background in chemical manufacturing processes and operational oversight.
- Demonstrated expertise in commercial leadership and plant operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in a related field.
- Proven track record in organizational transformation and change management.
- Solid understanding of financial strategy and business development.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication abilities with a capacity to connect at every level of the organization.
- Demonstrated aptitude for inspiring and leading diverse, cross-functional teams.
