Location: Hybrid schedule in Uptown Charlotte, NC onsite 3 days a week, remote 2 days a week
Estimated Duration: 18 months contract to hire

Rate: $58-68 an hour
Top Requirements:
1. 7 + years of experience with capital markets products
2. 7+ years of business analysis experience in the capital markets space
3. Experience working with the technology teams and developers
Position Summary
This role requires Capital Markets background, with product knowledge. You will gather requirements from business stakeholders and drive them all the way through launch.
Assist Business and Tech managers with BA activities including but not limited to; Requirements gathering, Documentation of process steps, Identification of process gaps, Drawing process flows, generating meeting material to support management meetings, creating test plan and testing documentation, performing User testing as needed, work closely with QA/Dev team to ensure user/tech story releases are aligned with business requirements.
- Act as a liaison and coordinate communication and information flow between the business and technology teams.
- Take ownership of the processes and technology solutions; lead requirements gathering and design sessions.
- Create and maintain project/system documentation including meeting minutes, functional specifications, test plans, user’s guide, and release documents.
- Monitor & manage project schedules and deliverables and assist DEV and QA in development and testing to ensure on-time delivery.
- Work with business users to develop and provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs and recommend changes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent communication skills, strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to articulate ideas and results to diverse business and technical audiences
- Hands-on logical thinker, problem solver, and team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
