**Job Skills / Requirements**

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:

**Pool and Ramada Area:**

* Disinfect all furniture in pool and ramada area using a neutral PH7Q quaternary disinfectant (hospital grade) and wiping down after complete spray.

* Clean and organize pool area furniture, and check for repairs. Clean, dust and wipe down all surface areas including fire pits glass and surrounding surfaces, shelving, cabinets, decorations and accessories. Clean and maintain pool/ramada area concrete surfaces and pool deck including rinsing/scrubbing with water to remove surface debris.

* Clean all barbeque grills (3) interior and exterior. Scrape grates to remove food debris build up, clean drip pans of grease, and check all burners functioning properly. Clean barbeque grill counters of all food debris.

* Empty trash containers, replace liners, clean/sanitize/damp wipe exterior surface. Clean/sanitize drinking fountain.

**Fitness Center:**

* Clean and disinfect all exercise equipment. Organize misplaced exercise equipment back onto storage racks and stands.

* Vacuum carpet and mop rubberized flooring.

* Clean and wipe down all light fixtures, wall plates, vents, and ceiling fans of dust and cobwebs. Clean/sanitize drinking fountain.

* Monitor and refill wall mount disinfectant wipe dispensers.

**Restrooms:**

* Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks/fixtures, partition walls, and all surfaces. Clean restroom mirrors.

* Empty trash containers, replace liners, clean/sanitize/damp wipe exterior surface.

* Restock restrooms of paper towels, toilet paper, and soap. Sweep and mop restroom floors.

**General Grounds:**

* Patrol surrounding common area of community center, grass areas, landscaped areas, and basketball court. Remove all trash and debris as needed.

* Clean all light fixtures, exterior entrances, walkways and sidewalks of all leaves, dirt, and debris including rinsing/scrubbing with water

* to remove surface debris.

* Report and take pictures of lights out, water leaks, broken items, graffiti, and discarded large bulk items to manager.

**Additional Information / Benefits**

Hourly Rate: $16.00

Shift: Day Shift

Schedule: Monday Thursday; 5 hours per day

Friday; 4 hours per day

**Total of 24 hours per week.**

Requirements:

* Must be able to lift 35-50 lbs.

* Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

* Must have excellent attendance.

* Must be able to start training immediately.

* Must be able to follow directions.

* Must be prompt and met deadlines as assigned.

* Must be authorized to work in the United States.

* Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

* Must be able to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English.

* Must be able to read and comprehend chemical and safety information.

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger; occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
