Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMPerks that come with the job as a Digital Marketing Manager:Fun work environmentBenefits Package - Health, Dental & Vision, 401k, Life Insurance, HSA, FSA, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage, Short- and Long-Term Disability and Employee Assistance ProgramZeera - a mental health wellbeing benefitPaid VacationEmployee Discounts 10%Fully renovated officesGym onsiteEXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED FOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive store traffic, online traffic, engagement, and conversion across various digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, email, SEO, SEM).Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels, including but not limited to, social media, email marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and display advertising.Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Assist and work with others in marketing to develop content and distribution strategies across digital channels.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive and innovative.Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and projects.Oversee and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS FOR DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER:Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred5-10 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or related roleStrong knowledge of all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketingExperience with digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.)Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM toolsExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneouslyStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingCreative problem-solving skills with a passion for digital innovationStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic typing; ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers;Ability to communicate effectively with team membersPositive attitude when working with customersKnowledge of employment and safety proceduresMust be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or 1 chargeable accident within the past three years; knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures.PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.Heavy Work: Lifting up to 45 lbs occasionally.Work Environment: Indoor climate controlled environment.Mathis Home promotes and maintains a drug-free work environment.
