Distributes and files incoming correspondence, i.e. contracts, scripts, proofs, etc for Marketing and booked entertainment. Prepares all related requisitions for Marketing and Entertainment vendors. Safe keeps all related materials for Marketing, Advertising and Entertainment. Assist with slot tournaments as needed for registration of guests, scorekeeping, or other duties assigned to Marketing for slot tournaments. Provides proper security, safety and emergency procedures and information as required for guest and fellow employees. Access both the Agilysys System and Patron Management System to upkeep and oversee all group room reservations, event reservations, etc.; utilized reporting from each database. Must be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner. Complies with BlueWater Resort & Casino rules and regulations. Complies with Federal, State and Tribal laws ad required. Works in a safe manner; complies with company and OSHA safety regulations. All other duties as assigned (non-gaming functions and issued gaming license permitting).KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
