Education and Experience * Bachelor's degree is required; a field of study focusing on business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred. * Relevant work experience and a proven track record in similar roles will be considered. Skills and Competencies * Be passionate about widening Taylor's circle of learners to include nontraditional audiences and guest students from other universities. * Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. * Aptitude for identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements to operational processes. * Proficiency in collecting and analyzing data related to marketing and operational activities, using insights to drive decision-making. * Strong written communication skills for crafting effective marketing materials, reports, and other related documents. * Capability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Proficiency in using tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments. * Capacity to adapt to changes in priorities, tasks, and work environments. * Have a growth mindset and demonstrate a willingness to be a lifelong learner. * Familiarity with student support services and effective problem solving is preferred. * Physical Demands * No or limited physical effort is required, though will be required to view electronic screens for extended periods of time. * Work Environment * Work is normally performed in a typical interior / office work environment. * Environmental Conditions * No or very limited exposure to physical risk.
