You'll have an opportunity to help a thriving law firm succeed and make a tangible difference in our client's lives every day.Candidate Must have prior legal experience performing intake and onboarding in a legal setting.Candidate Must speak English and Spanish fluently.If this sounds like a job you'd love, apply nowResponsibilities•Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure our cases are managed efficiently•Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner•Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases•Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers' schedules organized and grow our caseloadQualifications•Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required•CRM and case management software experience a plus•Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills•Previous customer service or sales experience preferred•High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred•Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel•Background in the legal industry preferred
