Overview:

Provide day-to-day supervision of talent management practices to include competency frameworks, performance management, succession management, and workforce planning (operational and strategic).

Responsibilities:

1. Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities while promoting a positive culture.
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of the strategic and operational workforce planning processes by understanding the talent supply and demand at Sheetz, surfacing talent gaps, and collaboratively building talent solutions that will ensure Sheetz has the talent needed to achieve business objectives.
3. Drive continuous improvement to Sheetzs workforce planning processes by analyzing people, data, and systems to improve process execution.
4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create competency-based talent profiles that provide a framework to identify and develop critical roles and assist in conducting needs assessments.
5. Contribute to the execution of the Sheetzs performance management processes by collaborating with business stakeholder to ensure alignment to the Sheetz business priorities, increase critical behaviors in leaders and employees that support high performance.
6. Contribute to the execution of the succession management process effectively by conducting talent assets reviews, identifying and developing high-potential talent, and ensuring ready now talent to succeed critical roles.
7. Provide integrated project management to all workforce planning programs, processes, and designs that align with other HR processes.
8. Facilitate meetings and development opportunities with employees and business leaders.

Qualifications:

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resource or related field required
Masters degree in Human Resource or related field preferred

Experience
Minimum 5 years combined experience in areas of Workforce Planning, Organizational Design, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or related area required.
Previous supervisory experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications
Korn Ferry Leadership Architect preferred
Workforce Planning Certification preferred.
SPHR or PHR preferred.
