Examples of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):

* Review event timeline with meeting planner

* Ensure meeting rooms are clean and set properly

* Respond to and try to fulfill any special banquet event arrangements

* Follow up on special banquet event arrangements to ensure compliance

* Handle incoming & outgoing package requests

* Act as the liaison between meeting planners and the banquet/event management team

* Assist in the operational success of events

Position Requirements:

* Ability to speak, read, write and understand English

* Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment

* Minimum of 1-2 years of catering, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred

* Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required

* Strong customer service experience, interpersonal, and communication skills are required

* Strong analytical, decision-making and problem- solving skills

* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

* Ability to be flexible, adaptable and responsive to change

Education:

* Associate or Bachelors Degree is Hospitality Management preferred
