Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and persuade. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. Previous experience in the insurance industry. This is a rare opportunity for a strategic minded leader to make a significant impact on our company’s success and drive meaningful change in the insurance industry.
