Proven ability to sell high-end products directly to consumers, particularly in retail, specifically sunglasses Strong interpersonal skills, including being friendly, outgoing, and a team player, with a keen eye for detail Proficiency in merchandising, training, and hosting selling events in upscale department stores like Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Saks, and Neiman Marcus Excellent project management skills, with a track record of driving change and continuous improvement Profound understanding of database structure and table relationships In-depth knowledge of retail store and field procedures and systems Familiarity with process-based design and user interfaces Demonstrated leadership abilities Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement

Spearhead initiatives to identify and streamline process enhancements within the organization Implement appropriate tools and procedures to streamline system releases

Project Management

Proactively manage and report any project schedule issues related to code deployment Develop and establish best practices and standards for releases Provide coaching and training for IT associates on release standards Document and oversee release issues and upgrades, collaborating with developers and tech services for resolution

Collaboration and Integration

Collaborate closely with the development team, testing, and business leaders to ensure seamless delivery of system application design changes alongside other application releases
