HR Coordinator/Recruiter,

you will be responsible for supporting HR and talent acquisition operations for the MA location.

Responsibilities

Facilitate full-cycle of recruitment efforts Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding process Participate in employee engagement activities Respond to employee inquiries Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and employment laws and regulations

Qualifications for the position include:

Minimum 1 to 3 years of Human Resources or related administrative experience required. Previous recruitment experience preferred. Must possess excellent interpersonal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and maintain confidential information. Advanced PC skills (i.e., experience with internet, database search technologies, and applicant tracking systems) required. Experience with ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field required. In addition to comprehensive and ongoing training, we offer full-time employees a suite of benefits, including health insurance, dental and vision insurances, 401(k), and an Employee Wellness Program.
