LaSalle Network is currently working with a client who is hiring for an Intake Specialist This position is onsite in the Orlando, FL area. Our client is looking for an individual that has strong leadership skills, positive attitude and eagerness.

Intake Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Interact with potential clients and conducting initial screenings to gather relevant information about their legal matters
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, answer their inquiries and provide updates on the progress of their cases
  • Accurately document all client information, including contact details, case details and any additional relevant information in the organization's intake system or database
  • Schedule appointments, follow-up meetings or consultations between clients and attorneys or legal staff
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys or legal staff, such as organizing files, preparing correspondence and performing general office tasks

Intake Specialist Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 1+ years working in an office setting
  • 1+ years working in a customer service environment
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
  • Must have a positive and enthusiastic attitude, while being self-motivated, with a desire to help the customer
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office and Email systems such as Outlook with a high level of comfort in moving between multiple information systems
  • Ability to make sound customer-oriented decisions in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to compose professional emails
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
