Qualifications That Matter:
Education: A bachelors degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the heavy equipment manufacturing industry.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are your hallmark. Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is essential.
