The Chief Information Officer oversees and directs the activities of the Information Technology department ensuring delivery of secure connectivity of all hardware and software, phone systems and peripherals for KCI corporate offices and case management agency locations. The CIO has extensive IT knowledge and technical skills and has excellent problem-solving abilities. The Chief Information Officer oversees the security and maintenance of KCI corporate facilities and is responsible for management of KCI fleet program. Essential Functions

Manages the day-to-day IT Operations which includes but is not limited to Cybersecurity, Network connectivity, server support, laptop deployment using KCI images, Microsoft Active Directory / Azure, Office 365 e-mail, maintain voice communications systems (Avaya on-prem, Ring Central Cloud), MDM for mobile phones, etc.

Evaluates emerging technologies and cybersecurity techniques that can improve IT department performance and ensure data security.

Provides direction and oversight for the IT department staff in multiple locations.

Oversees contract negotiations and manages contracts with systems vendors.

Manages KCI corporate facilities, including relocations, purchasing of equipment, supplies, and furniture, leasing agreements, and reports corporate facilities issues to landlords.

Manages corporate fleet ensuring appropriate registration and maintenance and repair.

Maintains perpetual inventory of company computers, equipment, fleet, and furniture.

Maintains all systems documentation, including COA accredited policies and procedures plus ensures HIPAA compliance.

Implements and coordinates disaster/safety plans for KCI corporate and case management agency partners, serves as a co-chair on the KCI Safety Committee.

Manages the customer focused finger printing services provided to staff and clients.

Monitors the effectiveness of current IT, facility, and fleet processes and makes recommendations as needed.

Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field of study with five years combined work experience in information technology and facilities management; at least three years supervising IT staff; CISSP certification is preferred.

Licensure/Certifications/Other Requirements

Ability to successfully clear a Level II background screen.

Must carry personal smart phone with data plan for business communications, subject to monthly stipend payment.

Valid Florida driver’s license and insurable by agency’s current insurance carrier.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to meet Organizational Required Competency standards.

High level knowledge of Windows Server, Windows workstation, and associated application.

Advanced knowledge of network design and functionality for multiple locations in a Metropolitan Area Network.

Working knowledge of Office 365 application; email and mobile device management.

Effective supervisory and performance management skills.

Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.

Excellent communications skills (verbal and written).

Excellent customer service skills.

Ability to travel up to 10%.

Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
