Develop and implement marketing communication plans in support of product launches and campaigns as agreed upon by the business Build written content including but not limited to product narratives, product features and benefits, email marketing campaigns, landing pages, social media posts, blog posts, presentations and other forms of communications. Collaborate across departments to write and edit literature, social media content, blogs and other digital content Participate in meetings and planning activities with all levels of brand team members - advocate for marketing process, distill key concepts to marketing outputs (tying business needs and requirements to actionable strategy and tactics), and work with the marketing team to own approved outcomes (content creation, timeline and project management) Ensure process adherence and high quality content creation Participate in the creation of and reporting for dashboards and campaign outcomes Find ways to improve demand generation Work in coordination with cross-functional Marketing team for any Product Marketing needs Think “digital first” – from web sites to lead-generating campaigns and work in team with digital and other marketing specialists to improve the impact of all tactics Have a passion for brand-building to ensure consistency and adherence in all created content A successful candidate will continue to build up the marketing communications team as a trusted partner by each of the brand teams in the organization. YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required (preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field) 3+ years of relevant professional experience, including marketing or other appropriate experience, preferably working for a major electrical or industrial products manufacturer or distributor Familiarity with email marketing / marketing automation, website CMS, web content management systems, marketing automation (Marketo preferred) Experience with digital marketing platforms including social media tools, digital asset management and knowledgeable with social media strategies Experience with project management tools (i.e. Monday.com, JIRA) Excellent time management and organizational skills with a consistent track record of timely project completions and attention to detail WE HAVE:
