He/she will provide outpatient clinical and endoscopic services to those patients who require Gastroenterology/ Hepatology services, and or Gastroenterology screening procedures. In addition provider will do rotating evening and holiday on call, as well as rotating as needed on the GI or Hepatology inpatient services, as deemed necessary by the chief of service.Outline of additional responsibilities include but are not Limited to:Maintain outpatient clinic and endoscopic procedures at UHealth locationsReading of Motility Procedures generated through the hospital motility laboratoryQualifications:MD Degree and ACGME US internal medicine internship and residencyValid American Board Certification in Internal Medicine (or board eligible)Board Certification in Gastroenterology (or board eligible)Valid unrestricted Florida Medical License or eligible to apply (must have license prior to credentialing)Valid DEA licensureCurrent BLS certification required.
