Position Summary (Purpose of job): The Sales & Marketing Analyst is responsible for the administration of all Sales & Marketing Programs and Promotions. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of both sales and marketing strategies, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to transform data into readable, goal-oriented reports with compelling visuals and actionable insights. This position DOES NOT require the use of programming languages (e.g. Python, R, SQL) or data analysis tools such as Tableau. Intermediate proficiency in Excel is required. This position DOES require a basic understanding of sales and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities 1. Oversee existing internal and external sales and marketing programs (e.g. co-op program, dealer program, sales MBO program, DSP program, other seasonal programs, and promotions). Monitor program progress monthly, quarterly, and yearly, calculate ROIs and provide suggestions for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations when needed. 2. Work closely with marketing managers to promote programs and promotion. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, IT and other departments to ensure the smooth roll out, communication and administration of all programs and sales promotions. 3. Research audience preferences and current market trends, suggest new programs and promotions to increase sales. 4. Learn and understand go to market strategies of the HVAC industry.

Minimum Job Qualifications: Education • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field required. • 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field. Business Experience • Intermediate proficiency in Excel is required. • Data collection, cleaning, analysis, interpretation and reporting skills are required. • Excellent communication and presentations skills. • Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks with different deadlines and customers. • Possess a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and works well under pressure. Specialized Knowledge/Skills • Knowledge of HVAC Industry is a PLUS • Strong business sense, able to learn and understand business processes quickly. • Organized, strategic, and motivational problem solver. • Effective communication, follow-up, project management and documentation skills. • Cooperative team player, Self-starter, multi-tasker, and organized. • Ability to collaborate successfully with various personalities. Working Conditions Environment (Office, warehouse, etc.) Visual acuity, color distinction, and numeric and character detail distinction for the analysis and preparation of statistical reports and information Occasionally work additional hours beyond normal schedule Occasional travel to customers for customer support may be required. Ability to attend and conduct presentations. Overtime and travel as required. Physical Requirements Operate a computer keyboard, telephone, and view a video display terminal more than 90% of work time. Lift, move, or adjust general office equipment, boxes, or materials weighing up to 25 pounds using proper materials handling equipment and procedures.
