Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  2. Utilize extensive computer technology in our largely paperless environment.
  3. Apply vinyl graphics to various materials.
  4. Operate large format printing and cutting equipment, including Epson solvent printers, HP Latex printers, Mutoh UV printers, laser cutters, engravers, CNC routers, application tables, laminators, plotters, and cutters.
  5. Prepare materials for graphics application, which may involve cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintenance.
  6. Weed excess vinyl from computer-cut images, adapting techniques based on size, vinyl type, and image complexity.
  7. Conduct quality checks before and after production, ensuring work orders are followed accurately and standards are met.
  8. Execute finishing processes such as laminating, encapsulating, or mounting printed items.
  9. Collaborate effectively within a team setting.
  10. Manage and report inventory levels, suggesting reorders to the manager as needed.
  11. Assist with the unloading and storage of raw materials, and maintain organization in storage areas.
  12. Juggle multiple projects with efficiency.
  13. Prepare proof sheets for approval before the production run.
  14. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on equipment when necessary.
  15. Operate a range of software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Lightbeam, Sharpcut, Prime Center, and Onyx.
  16. You will also learn how to install all types of signs and vehicle graphics.
