CSR II The Customer Service Rep. will provide support for the Customer Service Department and Inside Sales team. The Customer Service Rep. will have a key role in maintaining our reputation for superior customer service. Reporting To: Customer Service Manager Essential Job Functions: Input customer purchase orders and maintain quote log as needed. Verify customer orders to ensure accuracy. Track shop orders in response to customer inquiries regarding their orders, as needed. Maintain complete and accurate customer quotes in Visual Assist in answering and routing incoming calls. Maintain customer accounts to reflect accurate shipping addresses, shipping costs, and other pertinent information. Complete any special projects assigned by the manager. Skills and Abilities: Strong verbal and written communication. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work under strict deadlines. Well versed in Microsoft Office. Must be detail oriented. Prior experience on an ERP system. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing sales environment Physical Requirements: Sit for long periods of time. Regularly communicate via telephone and email.
