Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Contracts Specialist:

  • Review and draft accurate contract documents for IT projects independently.
  • Build and manage productive business relationships.
  • Facilitate online group meetings to gather technical requirements for contracts.
  • Manage contract administration throughout its lifecycle.
  • Write competitive solicitations for vendor selection using various methods.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements through contract analysis and audit.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Research IT industry developments and incorporate findings into contract specifications.
  • Utilize electronic communication tools effectively.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Required Skills for the IT Contract Specialist:
  • Strong legal and technical writing abilities.
